Starbarella

Elizabeth (Starbarella) Finnegan.

Born into the United Federation in a refuge colony. The colony was rife with crime and though she did her best to avoid it she was captured by the local crime lord and was about to be forced into slavery. She fought back more than the Crime Lord wanted and decided to punish her by chopping her arm off throwing her outside to die. Fortunately while he was gloating after he cut off her arm she managed to get a hold of his gun and end his life. This started her on the path to becoming the bounty hunter she is today.


As an adult she grew from feeling that she could make a difference if she steps up to those who wish to exploit the weaker. She has grown confident in her skills as a bounty hunter and though she has grown a cold exterior to those outside of children and friendly animals, she still believes she can make a change for the better.
